TOTI was founded through the effort and dedication of the CEO, Engr. Nilo R. Tam. The company was established, giving jobs and opportunities to fellow Tanjayanon and Negrosanon. In the half-decade of support, TOTI stands on its own and made as the largest outsourcing company in Tanjay City creating more than 300 opportunities for job seekers.
